SuSChemE–SUSTENS2 ‘Sustainable Chemical Engineering Systems' 28–30 June 2026 | Royal Olympic Hotel, Athens, Greece
The National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) is pleased to announce the 1st Sustainability Section Conference of the European Federation of Chemical Engineering (EFCE), SuSChemE–SUSTENS2, to be held 28–30 June 2026 at the Royal Olympic Hotel, Athens, under the auspices of EFCE Sustainability Section, the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) and the Hellenic Association of Chemical Engineers (HACE).
The conference brings together researchers, industry, policymakers and innovation stakeholders to discuss Green & Sustainable Technologies, Biotechnology Engineering Systems, Power-to-X, AI-driven solutions, Process Engineering & industrial applications, and Safe & Sustainable-by-Design (SSbD) materials and processes.
The programme includes 4 Plenary Lectures, 13 Keynote Lectures, 4 workshops on Artificial Intelligence, Digital Twins, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Industrial Biotechnology, as well as an Industry Day with the participation of leading industrial companies and European research & innovation initiatives. It also features Research, Industrial and Student Awards for excellence in research, innovation and entrepreneurship.
