The Technical Services of NTUA announces that the work required to upgrade the vertical road markings of the Zografou Polytechnic Campus has been completed. A total of 565 regulatory signs of various sizes, 256 new galvanized posts, 5 corner mirrors and 150 bollards have been installed.
Particularly important is the establishment of a maximum speed limit of 30km/h on the entire road network of the Polytechnic Campus, which will be even stricter around the central squares (20km/h).
Special thanks to the staff of the Department of Transport and Transport Infrastructure of the School of Civil Engineering and to the Director of the Department Mr George Yiannis for the preparation of the relevant Traffic Study, as well as to all the staff of the Technical Services who worked on the implementation of the project.
